Terms of Service

Using Nsaa
By purchasing a ticket or listing an event on Nsaa, you agree to these terms. Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable by design - each ticket is tied to the name it was purchased under and issued as a signed, one-time-use QR code. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for sale, cancellation, and refund terms, and the Acceptable Use Policy for what's not allowed on the platform.
Accounts
Guest checkout - name, phone number, and email - is the default way to buy a ticket and does not require an account. An optional account (via our authentication provider, Clerk) simply links your past orders together for convenience. If you do create one, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and your account details accurate.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings (venue, date, pricing, description), honoring every ticket sold through Nsaa, and complying with applicable law for the events they run. Organizers choose a pricing tier at event creation (Free, Essential, or Pro, or a Custom rate arranged directly with us) that sets Nsaa's service fee percentage on paid tickets; this fee is separate from, and unaffected by, whatever a payment processor charges. Payouts of ticket revenue are released to the organizer's registered Mobile Money number after an event's scheduled end date has passed, not before - this protects both organizers and buyers if an event needs to be cancelled or disputed before revenue is paid out.
Prohibited conduct
See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of what's not allowed - in short: no reselling or transferring tickets, no automated/bot purchasing, no fraudulent payment details, no forging or tampering with QR tickets, and no listings that are illegal or misrepresent the organizer.
Payments
Payment collection (Mobile Money and card) is handled by our payment processor, Moolre. Nsaa never collects or stores your Mobile Money PIN or full card number. Starting checkout holds your selected tickets for 10 minutes while you complete payment; if payment isn't confirmed in that window, the hold expires automatically and the tickets return to general availability.
Limitation of liability
Nsaa is a platform connecting buyers and organizers - we are not the organizer of any event listed on the platform and are not responsible for an event's quality, safety, or whether it happens as advertised. Our responsibility for a cancelled event is limited to the refund process described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We aim for the platform to be available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and disputes between buyers and organizers about an event itself (rather than the ticket transaction) are between those two parties.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above; continuing to use Nsaa after a change means you accept the updated terms.
