Acceptable Use Policy

Not allowed

• Reselling, transferring, or attempting to circumvent the non-transferable design of tickets.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to purchase tickets or scrape event/pricing data.
• Submitting fraudulent payment details or attempting to abuse the reservation-hold system.
• Listing events that are illegal, misleading, or that misrepresent the organizer.
• Attempting to forge, duplicate, or tamper with signed QR tickets.
• Interfering with the security or normal operation of the platform.

Enforcement

Violating this policy can result in an order being cancelled, an account being suspended, an event listing being delisted or an organizer's pricing tier being revoked, and - for fraud, forged tickets, or other unlawful conduct - referral to law enforcement. We generally act proportionately to the violation, but reserve the right to act immediately on fraud, ticket forgery, or anything that risks other users' safety or payment security.
