Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final

Once a ticket purchase is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind, a scheduling conflict, or failure to attend. This matches standard industry practice for event ticketing.

The one exception: event cancellation

If an organizer or Nsaa cancels an event, ticket holders are refunded the ticket price back to the original payment method used - the same Mobile Money account or card the purchase was made with. The service fee is never refunded, even when an event is cancelled.

Postponed or rescheduled events

If an event is postponed rather than cancelled, your existing ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds follow the same cancellation terms above if you're unable to attend the rescheduled date and the organizer opts to offer refunds for it.

Unpaid reservations

Starting checkout reserves your tickets for 10 minutes while you complete payment. If payment isn't confirmed in that window, the reservation simply expires and the tickets are released back into inventory - no charge is made, so there is nothing to refund.

Non-transferable tickets

Tickets are tied to the buyer at the moment of purchase and cannot be transferred, resold, or reassigned to another person through Nsaa.
