Information we collect

At checkout: your name, phone number, and email address (email is required, since your ticket receipt - including your scannable QR code - is sent there). Your chosen event and ticket type. If you create an account, an identifier from our authentication provider, Clerk. If you list an event as an organizer, your business/organizer name and Mobile Money payout number. Payment itself is handled by Moolre - Nsaa never collects or stores your Mobile Money PIN or full card number.

How we use it

To process ticket purchases, generate and validate your signed QR ticket(s), send order confirmations by SMS and email, keep checkout secure against fraud and duplicate ticket use, pay organizers their share of ticket revenue, and provide customer support when you contact us.

Who we share it with

The service providers required to operate the platform: Convex (application data storage), Clerk (optional account authentication), Moolre (Mobile Money and card payment processing, SMS delivery), and Brevo (transactional email delivery). The organizer of an event you buy a ticket to receives your name and the fact that you hold a valid ticket, so they can honor entry at the door - they do not receive your phone number or email through the platform. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or other third parties.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies and local storage keep checkout, sign-in, and your last-order lookup working, and can't be turned off without breaking those features. With your consent - given through the cookie banner shown on your first visit - we also use Google Analytics to see aggregate traffic and which events people find, with IP addresses anonymized and no ad-targeting signals sent. Analytics stays off until you accept it, and you can change your mind any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for the full list of what's set and why.

Data retention

Order and ticket records are kept for as long as needed for support, dispute resolution, and organizer payout accounting - in practice, indefinitely for completed orders, similar to how a receipt history works with any payment provider. Abandoned reservations that never complete payment expire automatically after 10 minutes and don't retain any payment record, since no payment was ever taken.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate details, or delete your account and associated personal data (subject to reasonably keeping order records needed for financial/dispute records, similar to any purchase history). Contact us to exercise any of these.
