What we use today

Nsaa uses browser local storage (not a cookie) to remember your most recent order so you can find your tickets again, and a small local flag to remember your cookie preference. If you sign in, our authentication provider, Clerk, sets its own session cookies/tokens to keep you signed in. If you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits and see which events people find - IP addresses are anonymized and no ad-targeting signals are sent. No advertising or marketing cookies are set by Nsaa itself.

Essential vs. optional

Authentication and checkout-related storage are essential to the service and cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in and order lookup - the cookie banner does not offer to turn these off. Analytics is the one optional category: it stays off until you choose "Accept all" in the banner, and switching back to "Necessary only" at any time (via "Cookie preferences" in the footer) stops it.

Managing cookies

Use "Cookie preferences" in the footer at any time to change your analytics choice. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings; this may sign you out or clear your last-order shortcut.
