Frequently asked questions.

Buying, paying, and using tickets on Nsaa. Can't find your answer? Contact us.

Buying a ticket

Do I need to create an account to buy a ticket?

No. Guest checkout is the default: your name, phone number, and email are enough to reserve and pay. Creating an account is optional for attendees, but your current and previous tickets only appear in the wallet when checkout is linked to a signed-in account.

What payment methods are accepted?

Mobile Money, processed through Moolre. You'll get a payment prompt sent directly to the phone number you check out with.

Why is there a countdown at checkout?

The moment you start checkout, your tickets are reserved and held for you for 10 minutes so nobody else can buy them out from under you while you approve the Mobile Money prompt. If payment isn't confirmed within that window, the reservation expires and the tickets go back on sale.

Are there extra fees on top of the ticket price?

A service fee, shown itemized before you pay - never revealed as a surprise at the last step. What you see at checkout is the full total.

Refunds and cancellations

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

All sales are final. The one exception is if the organizer cancels the event - see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full detail. The service fee is never refunded, even on a cancellation.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

No. Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable by design - each one is tied to the buyer at the moment of purchase. This keeps ticket fraud and scalping off the platform.

Using your ticket

Where do I find my ticket?

In your ticket wallet, using the order link sent after payment, or automatically if you were signed in when you bought it. Each ticket renders as a signed QR code.

Can someone else use a screenshot of my ticket after I've used mine?

No. Every QR code is signed and single-use - the instant it's scanned at the door, it's marked used and any further scan of the same code is rejected, even from a saved screenshot.

The scanner says my ticket is invalid. What do I do?

This usually means the ticket was already scanned, the order wasn't completed, or the event was cancelled. Speak to door staff or contact us with your order reference.

For organizers

How do I list my event on Nsaa?

Create an organizer account, complete onboarding, then publish it from your organizer dashboard, or if you'd rather have the Nsaa team help you get set up, send an organizer inquiry.

What kinds of events can I sell tickets for?

Concerts, nightlife, conferences, sports, weddings, comedy, theatre, religious events, workshops, and more - Nsaa is built to cover the full range of Ghanaian gatherings.
