Data Processing Agreement

Who this is for

This agreement governs how Nsaa processes buyer personal data (name, phone number, email) on behalf of organizers who list events on the platform - relevant if your own organization has data-protection obligations toward the people who attend your events.

Scope of processing

Nsaa processes buyer name, phone number, and email for the purposes of ticket sale, QR ticket issuance, and entry validation at your event. Data is retained per our Privacy Policy. The sub-processors involved in delivering the platform are Convex (data storage), Clerk (optional buyer accounts), Moolre (payment processing and SMS), and Brevo (transactional email).

Organizer obligations

Data you can see about your own event's buyers (name, ticket status, sales summary) may only be used to run that event - entry management, attendee communication about that specific event, and your own accounting. It may not be sold, used for unrelated marketing, or shared with third parties outside what running the event reasonably requires.
