Ownership
The Nsaa name, logo, and platform design are the property of Nsaa Tickets. Event listings, imagery, and descriptions submitted by organizers remain the property of those organizers - Nsaa is granted a license to display them on the platform for the purpose of selling tickets to the event, not ownership of the content itself.
Reporting infringing content
If you believe an event listing or other content on Nsaa infringes your copyright, send a notice to our team including: identification of the copyrighted work, the specific listing or URL involved, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and your contact information. We'll review and, where the claim is valid, remove or disable the infringing content.
Counter-notices
An organizer whose listing was removed following a copyright claim can dispute it by contacting us with an explanation of why the content doesn't infringe (e.g. you own the rights, or had permission to use it). We'll review the counter-notice and restore the listing if the dispute is resolved in the organizer's favor.
