Our commitment
Nsaa is designed and built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a baseline: solid text contrast, full keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and readable type at every size. Buying and using a ticket shouldn't depend on how you access the web.
What this looks like in practice
- Every interactive element has a visible focus outline, not just a hover state.
- Body text is checked against its background for at least 4.5:1 contrast.
- Forms use real, associated labels above every input - never placeholder text standing in for a label.
- Motion is calm and purposeful; nothing flashes or auto-plays aggressively.
- Ticket QR codes render on a high-contrast white surface for reliable scanning regardless of device or lighting.
Known limitations
This is an evolving product. If you hit a page, form, or flow that doesn't work well with a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology, we want to know about it.
